United Kingdom

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.

Please note that orders may be subject to customs or import charges on arrival. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, these charges are outside of our control and vary by location.

European Union & Rest of World

At present, shipping is available to the United States and Canada starting at $40. Shipping can take 7-10 days, once processed. Please note there may be import duties depending on location, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you do need to return an item, please review the information below.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, including original, undamaged packaging, and suitable for resale.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items should be carefully packaged to ensure they arrive back to us safely. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Items are considered returned only once they have been safely received by us.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 days of receiving the returned item. The refund amount will exclude the original delivery charge.

Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email hello@lanamari.com with photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

What is the size of the tray?

The tray measures 10 cm in diameter, approximately the size of the palm of your hand.

Is each piece the same?

Each tray is carved from natural Italian Viola marble, chosen slab by slab, meaning variations in veining and tone are part of what makes each piece unique.

Is it suitable as a gift?

Very much so.

Each piece is wrapped in pure Irish wool and presented in a luxury gift-ready box, making it ideal for birthdays, milestones, weddings, or moments of remembrance — no additional wrapping required.

Is the tray fragile?

Marble is a natural stone and should be handled with care, but it is designed for everyday use.

We recommend placing it on a stable surface and avoiding hard impacts, as you would with any stone object.

This piece is crafted from natural Italian marble and is intended to be used gently and thoughtfully.

To clean, wipe with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.

Avoid abrasive cleaners, acidic substances, or prolonged contact with water.

Marble is a living stone and may develop subtle marks over time.
